I am fortunate in that I have been active and fit for the majority of my life, and have had the privilege of working with several personal trainers. It was only after a running injury sidelined me for 2 full years that self doubt crept in and I was unsure if I would be able to return to anything close to that level of fitness. At the suggestion of a friend, I signed up for a local self defense class where I met Eric Chasko.
After completing his course, I began private sessions with Eric. It's been almost a year, and I not only might be in the best shape off my life - at 46, but I am pain free. His ability to guide you through the process of fitness - both physical and mental - are unparalleled. His knowledge is limitless and his encouragement and drive to achieve your fitness goals never ending. While you may never really enjoy training like some, you will certainly be amazed at the results he can produce.

I started training with Eric Chasko one year ago this month. For me, the decision to address being tired and out of shape wasn't just about losing weight. I wanted to be stronger, more in control of my body, and more confident.
I started off barely being able to endure a normal workout. As time went on I found myself becoming stronger and the training felt more natural. I had never formally trained before and Eric not only taught me proper techniques but enabled me to be "better."
My commitment helped me avoid the holiday pitfalls that we all experience. Personally, I have an issue with "momentum" as the weather turns and an original goal was to be able to drive through that season and come out the other side better than I started. Something as little as a shift in your footing or an adjustment to your grip can make the biggest of impacts. I have been training with Eric for just under a year and have already seen gains both physically and in strength.

Great gym, for all ages and sizes! If you are serious about change, use this gym and don't be intimidated. Or if you are an athlete looking to improve, he is your guy. Kettlebells works your entire body and really works your core without you even realizing you are working your abs (and who doesn't want that? No crunches!). Very smart and knowledgable trainer. He'll teach you the whys and hows on how to lift safely to prevent injury and he'll work around your limitations when needed. I attend the evening semi-private group training classes. One class and I'm sore for 2-3 days, which means the workouts are effective! I only go 1-2 times per week, due to work schedule restraints, and I still get great results. Support a small business and try him out. Worth every penny. But it's important to remember, you get out of it what you put in, in and outside of the gym.

This space has an amazing combo ~ TOP NOTCH trainer and well developed / result producing workouts. Eric is a GENIUS! Love the old school vibe of the space (warehouse). If you are truly looking for results I highly recommend Redemption Kettlebell!
