Redemption is a training service which focuses on building people through the medium of progressive strength and conditioning and real world self defense and martial art training.
Inside the gym, I'm not chasing numbers, worrying about calories burned, weight lifted, etc.
I'm interested in the day to day, session to session performance of the individual, which is an ever fluid state.
If the variable of daily performance OVER desired outcome is respected, and is then used to drive programming and coaching, only then will the numbers come.
At Redemption, I look at the whole individual - their current condition physically, mentally, and emotionally, as well as their environment outside of the gym, and from there I fit the programming around them to meet their needs and bring them to their goals.
The focus is on the big picture - 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year out.
Setting an individual up for continued long term success is far more important than the outcome of a single session or training block.
This ensures continued physical progress, while developing a high level of self confidence, discipline, and mental toughness - all key factors to living a greater life.
I have spent the past 18 years professionally training fitness enthusiasts, athletes, military and law enforcement personnel, and physical therapy patients.
My experience coaching human movement, combined with the unique insights gained from my teachers and training partners, allow me to meet my clientele at their level and coach them to the best version of themselves.
From young athletes to adult professionals - I help people develop the physical, mental, and
